Home Office handling charges with effect from 10th April 2024– inside the UK – for Skilled Worker £827 for up to three years and £1636 for more than three years, plus £500 for priority service or £1000 for super priority service, for an application made outside the UK – for a Skilled Worker £719 for up to three years and £1420 for more than three years, plus £500 for priority service or £1000 for super priority service. A Skilled Worker in a Shortage Occupation is £551 for one year and £1084 for three years. Health and Care Visa £284 or £551 depending on the length of time the employee is seeking. The cost of obtaining Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) is £2885. Sponsors Licence applications are £536 for small sponsors, £1,476 for large sponsors, and Certificates of Sponsorship (£239). If the UK-based applicant has to attend an appointment at a Swift Visa Global Services service point to enrol their biometrics, appointments must be booked in advance and although some free appointments are available, in many instances a fee of up to £260 is payable depending on the time and location of the appointment. The ‘User Pays’ Visa Application Centre (VAC) fee payable for appointments at certain VACs overseas is £76.50. Home Office charges differ for overseas applications and are payable in local currency. For those paid by Swift Visa Global on clients’ behalf, an additional charge is payable to cover currency exchange and bank charges. Our fees are in addition to Home Office consideration charges.
